To Open Quick Air Release Valve:

Place your thumb on the tab and your index

finger underneath the valve cover. Push tab

in direction indicated by arrow on valve.

 This can easily be done with one hand.

 Do not pull up on valve cover.

 Push tab only in direction indicated by

arrow printed on valve.
